23 10 2009So, this is where I will keep track of my workouts. I hope to get into shape and join the reserves in the upcoming summer. I planned to start training this past summer but I broke my ankle in early June and am just having a hard time getting back into the swing of things, especially with school going on and such. I’m not very good at staying on track and I get pretty lazy sometimes so hopefully this will help! Cheers.
